We had a 10 yr old heat pump with air handler in the attic that we've had water problems with on several occasions. Long story short; we had to find a new AC dealer while on an emergency trip so relied on reviews. Boy was that a good call!!! Ocean State installed a new 4 ton system for us. They did a great job on the install though one of the workmen stepped through our bedroom ceiling. Ocean State paid for and sent a drywall person (I didn't have to find one) who did a repair that I simply did not believe was possible. Especially after having dealt with ceiling damage to that bedroom on 2 previous occasions. I really can't say enough about our positive experience. They deserve 10 stars from me!!
