I think Lunsford AC and Heating is a great company! The technician that came, Nico Gibson, was friendly, helpful, hard worker, and professional. He diagnosed my problem and discussed it with me in detail. I decided to replace my existing unit. He called the office and had a sales representative to come to my house right away. Barry Baker came and shared all options and helped me narrow down choices by explaining differences and similarities of each of the options. He was friendly and very professional. I appreciated the fact that he was not pressuring me in any way. He let me think about the options and answered my questions. I was extremely happy to hear that my new unit could be installed the next day. The morning of the installation John and Aaron came. Both were friendly, helpful, and hard workers. They worked steadily until job was complete. They answered questions and were very professional. They completed the installation and cleaned up everything, awesome job in every phase of the installation. I am happy to say I am a returning customer of quite few years and will continue to be a customer. People like Nico, Barry, John and Aaron make it a pleasure to do business with Lunsford’s.
