18 yr old ac was replaced that was not cooling adequately. New system does better, but not as I would like. The duct system in the house possibly leaves something to be desired, however I think a stronger fan motor, different system, would have solved the issue better. AC people/sales people I have found are reluctant, or not well trained, to diagnosis and solve system problems. Not sure if to blame Carrier, Cornerstone Pros or the existing duct system.
