I met with the owner Adam last week who came to my house and gave me an estimate for a new AC system, the handler and the outside condenser. Awesome guy who told me that "this is his life". I now certainly believe it. After getting quotes from four companies and doing my due diligence and checking them all out on the better business bureau site, AR Williams AC had zero customer complaints in six years. They also have over 235 very positive reviews from customers on google. None of the other companies could compete with that. That's just where the differences begin. His price was very fair! Adam was such a pleasure to deal with and he took the time to explain everything his installers would do and how they go "over and beyond" including insulating all the outside lines not just the high voltage line and making sure everything meets code. The 2 installers that came here today were very professional, very knowledgeable and extremely clean. They put drop cloths down my whole staircase. They swept up after themselves. They vacuumed, they cleaned my outside patio and sidewalk. I was just so impressed. Adam also upgraded my unit to a Carrier for a very nominal fee because he was more concerned about getting my business and making sure I would be happy with his services and become a lifetime customer. I must say he achieved his goal. I will certainly be a lifetime customer for A.R. Williams AC. Thank you, Adam. I had the pleasure of hiring A.R. Williams Air Conditioning to replace my entire HVAC system. I interviewed several other companies I found on this website, and was most impressed with their presentation. Upon awarding them the contract, they were prompt in their turn\-around time and their technicians showed up to the door with a smile and booties in hand! They came in and explained how the day would go and begin putting drop cloths down from the front door to my unit to protect my home which I greatly appreciated. The installation went smooth like they have done it a million times!! The work looked immaculate and their attention to detail was obvious. I chose the 2 stage system because humidity is a big concern to me, and I could not be happier with my decision.
