Great service and support with the install of our 3.5 ton Carrier unit.

Unit is very loud. Thermostat display is really small trying to read settings.

Installers did a great job installing the compressor unit. Job was done professionally and in a timely manner.

They are reliable and honest and trustworthy. Not cheap but you are paying for quality.

The 2 man crew who installed my unit were professional, efficient and friendly. The unit is a 2 speed condenser (hard to find currently) with a variable speed air handler. Unit is smooth and quiet. They also installed a cartridge air filter, a new Honeywell T\-6 thermostat and reconfigured a couple of 6" branch duct lines. Very happy with the price and installation! Would recommend them to anyone getting a new AC unit installed.

Replaced an A/C unit the day after it was diagnosed. Can't speak highly enough about them.

The team came out on short notice when we needed it most. Our 9 month old son had a fever when our old unit failed. They had the new unit installed in no time and did an amazing job.

Huge savings on electrical bill in a large house. Upstairs is never warm like most Florida two stories. Went from paying $350 a month to keep a 2006 built 1600sqft singl storie home at 76 degrees to $200 a month for a 2577sqft home at 73 degrees!! Awesome!!!

Replace wrong/faulty fan boost. Service person is highly experienced and replaced tough to get at "wrong" unit. He then spent time to make sure I correctly registered TWO aspects of the a/c unit giving us 10 years of warranty instead of the default 5 years if you don't register BOTH unit components. Most places don't bother but for me this was comforting. MARCO is a reputable company.
