Schmitt was the contractor for the builder when our home was constructed in 2012. From the first failure (starting capacitor, very common) a few years later, to a replacement fan for the condenser some time after that, to an entire replacement unit now, we have never considered any of the other A/C service providers. Schmitt also provides our annual inspection. The employees are always friendly, competent and timely. They do not push products or services we do not need, or make us question our decisions about what to do in order to increase the longevity of our unit. Schmitt offers Carrier products, which for us, lasted 2 years longer than average. We have a 3\-1/2 ton unit that cools/heats 2,600 SF comfortably.

A/C went down on a Tues.evening. Service tech was out same night and determined the compressor on our 18 year old unit was done. Quoted that night and we selected a unit. Unit was installed and operational by 1:30 PM the next day. They answered any and all questions we had and we sincerely appreciated the lightning fast service and installation as the Mrs. has some serious health conditions. Thank you, Schmitt's!

We wrote several letters to the company president, Dan Schmitt, and made several calls, all of which were ignored. No action on our County inspection until we escalated to the County Building Dept. We suggest you look at the local Better Business Bureau on other customer complaints
