The installer did a great job of removing an old competitor system and replacing it with a new energy efficient Carrier system. He had to expand the base to hold the wider new unit, had to elevate the height to accommodate the air cleaning unit, and had to flange the output to the duct work since the new unit had a wider opening. The tech never took a break and spent the entire day removing, engineering, and installing the new system. Only issue was he didn't have a flange to hook the furnace exhaust to the exhaust pipe going through the roof; however, he came back the next day to complete this task.

Called for an estimate and rep came promptly and gave written estimate with 3 options. We called to purchase the equipment and install of a Carrier split AC. Installation was set up and the service rep came on time and worked straight through until the job was done. Beautiful unit and fantastic function. We are very pleased with our new split system and our add\-on sunroom is now our favorite room!!

the young men who came to actually install our unit (inside workers) did as good of a job as you could possibly want done. they worked quietly, quickly, efficiently \& professionally . I don't know their names, but if you could get these two young men to do the majority of your work, or, have all the service people work as these two young men did . . wow. good company.
