Air\-Ref was servicing our previous A.C. Unit and when this unit failed, we automatically dealt with them to rapidly replace it. We had great rapid service, availability and considering we were out of the country when this happened, Air\-Ref made it very easy for us.Their staff was very friendly, cooperative and efficient.

Air\-Ref Co., can't be beat. I have been a customer for man years, this is my second installation in my 2nd house. They are very professional, fairly priced and their service is always prompt and on time. The technicians are always informative and respectful of my property. After several hours of a new and complete HVAC system they cleaned up and left my home very clean and tidy. I highly recommend this 5\*\*\*\*\* star company.

Errors were made in my installation of two units ( 3 and 4 ton 2 stage units) when a 5 man team took 8.5 hours to install the two units .They crossed the wires from thermostats to the other compressor causing me to require a return fix. Workmen kept house relatively clean and took debris away. Installation crew failed to check drain lines and filter apparently. Sales man Eric was responsible when problems arose. Tony as final technician accompanying the county inpsector solved last problems left by installation crew. Final results quite good but errors made tiring waits. I depend on Air Ref for the next 10 years.

The installation personnel under the supervision of Tony was top notch. It was a professional job installation that I'm sure will serve us well into the future. They took time to answer all of my question as to how to maintain the equipment going forward with recommendation of line cleaner and filter replacement.

The installation and follow up inspections by both Air Ref, after their electricians handled the installation, and the city could not have run smoother. They all arrived in a timely manner and work was done professionally. Air Ref was chosen to handle the replacement of a very old AC system as they are my service company, though I did look for other options to make sure their pricing and equipment was right. They offered the best pricing and quality of work, which I already had experience with.

They installed the wiring incorrectly, so they hot and cold air were working simultaneously. They did come and fix the problem.

Michael in sales was great about clearly explaining everything I would need to know, answered all my questions, and was a pleasure to deal with. The installers were terrific as well. They went over all the parts with me before the install, somehow did it all without making too much noise or mess, and also answered any questions I had, such as how to operate the new thermostat. The installers worked tirelessly in extreme heat to install our new A/C system. They did an excellent job and left the area spotlessly clean.

My AC unit started leaking freon and blew a fuse in the afternoon of July 4th. I called Air\-Ref the next morning and they arrived within a 2 hours, diagnosed the problem, replaced the fuses, topped up the freon, let me know that it was a temporary fix, and scheduled an appointment to discuss replacements. Carrier was the best option available for the space. The installers were timely, professional, and both patient and informative in answering my questions. My first experience with HVAC as a homeowner, and Air\-Ref (and the Carrier unit) made it as smooth as possible.
