Very good experience overall. Only one reason for not giving 5 stars in every category: The truck that backed into my driveway to bring the new units left oil stains on our pavers. Also, several screws and other tiny parts from old unit they removed was left scattered in the driveway where they worked and and a small pile dirt from their shoes. The screws can puncture our car tires. Bottom line: after the crew left the driveway, I'd expect them to quickly clean up their work area after the job, since it's literally right in front of my front porch.

The 2 man team, 1 of whom was here several months ago to install our mini\-split, were extremely friendly, efficient, knowledge, clean, and had a wonderful attention to detail. Our old AC unit was poorly installed and looked like an awful eye sore. The new system is super pro, looks great, and they even patched some drywall between the garage and the attic to prevent heat back flow into the garage. They were on\-time at 9:30am and were supposed to wrap by 5pm, but were there until almost 6pm to make sure that everything was spotless. Will definitely use Island Air in the future: I fully recommend these guys.

Very happy that I went with Island Air. I had another vendor provide a significantly cheaper cost to install a Mitsubishi Mini\-Split, but they were very slow to respond to correspondence. Steve from Island came out for a site visit, and I had a proposed cost the next day. Once I approved it, they were out within a week and got the job done in 3/4 a day. Very professional looking install; the wife is very pleased. Will definitely use them again for my entire home HVAC upgrade.

Excellent and Professional work

We just had our twelve year old AC system replaced by Island Air. From beginning to end the installation was superb, the installers arrived on time, got straight to work and seven hours later we had an up and running brand new AC installation. The fellows who did the installation were excellent. Island Air gave us five star service and a good price for a top notch product. I would recommend Island Air to anyone living in South Florida, it's not often you find a company that demonstrates integrity, honesty and reputable work in Florida!

Had a new unit installed by Island Air and they are fantastic. Really stepped in to pick up the dropped ball by my previous service company. The other company still hasn't returned my call. Too bad for them, lost out on an opportunity to make a substantial sale, earn lifelong service and more. My profession as a property insurance sales person gives me the opportunity to refer business to the service trades, including A/C professionals.
