This time is was for myself personally. Where other dealers have tried to over sell me products. Jason was honest and straight forward with the perfect replacement A/C at a great price.

Office staff pleasant and helpful. Had 2 units installed. Both times technicians left filter chamber inaccessible. Did come back to correct when I requested. Just paid an electrician to change 50 amp breaker to 45 so it will pass inspection, which I did not waive.. Could have used more info re choice of unit and air handler. Just got most on\-line. Would not recommend.

We have been using Artic Air of Northern Florida for several years now. Their service is always outstanding, timely and honest. We recently order a new heat pump to replace our aging heat pump. The price was fair and accurate, the office was pleasant and really easy to work with. The install team came in, got working, completed the install and cleaned up. From the owner to the office to the service to the installers, all easy people to work with and they are all an incredibly courteous and honest group of people. This company stands far apart from the other heating and air companies ! I (strongly) recommend artic air of northern florida.

My cousin recommended Arctic Air when my heating system died in the winter. They responded right away and had service folks out to find the problem the same day I called. The installation of replacement equipment was done efficiently and quickly so we had heat again before the next cold spell.

Showed up on time and made the switch in less than 3 hrs. Explained everything in simple terms.
