I paid for a 10 yr parts and service warranty so I wouldn't have to pay for anything. This was not explained properly and I'm unsure of full coverage. I might have misunderstood but it seems you have to join there service club for two visits a year before full service is free. I questioned this and nobody got back to me to explain why I might have to pay for diagnosis or not?

I was very impressed with the installation of the new system. The installers were very professional and did a good job.

I had three estimates from different companies. The salesperson, Ron, from Sunshine was the only salesperson who had from the ground\-up experience and so he could explain things much better than any of the other two could. Then the whole experience during installation was first class. They even solved the problem of why my Wi\-Fi wasn't connecting to my new thermostat. I consider Sunshine the best Carrier dealer in my area.

The two technicians were knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and efficient in their installation of my new Carrier unit. They completed the installation in a timely fashion and left the area clean and tidy when finished. The only setback was the accidental slicing on my television cable during the install, which resulted from the improper cable installation by the cable provider. The two Carrier installers quickly repaired the problem to my satisfaction. I was very satisfied with their care to resolve the issue. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing the A/C be replaced and I look forward to continued service with them in the future.

Our Carrier system was installed a few days ago so these comments apply to installation only. The installers were excellent. Highly recommend. The system is just okay. The heat is set to come on when it's 70 or less in the house. It comes on but our bedroom is several degrees colder than the rest of the house. Disappointing.

Replaced our 17 year old system working in 95 degree temperature. Although a slight hiccup with the underground copper piping, which lost all the refrigerant and the system shut down. Our near\-20\-year\-old HVAC system failed suddenly on a Sunday. We called Sunshine Air Conditioning and got a quick response. (We are members of their Comfort Club so there was no charge for their visit and diagnosis.) The technician called the sales person on call and we agreed to purchase our new system. The salesman installed a temporary, portable air conditioner that served us well until the new system was installed a few days later.

The Equipment is State of the Art, It runs so so quiet. The Unit controls AC/Heat and Humidity right from the Thermostat or remotely by your Phone with the App. We are still learning the app and the controls but its nothing to difficult.

Sunshine Air Conditioning is what is expected from a top company. Had air conditioner go out on a Friday afternoon. They were at my house within 1 1/2 hours to evaluate the problem and potentially fix it. Unfortunately, it was not an easy fix and with the age of the equipment we decided to replace it with a more efficient unit. They came out that evening and were able to schedule the new installation the following Tuesday. They offered a portable unit for over the weekend but fortunately it was not needed. The installation went smooth and the team was very professional. I would recommend Sunshine Air Conditioning for professional services concerning comfort of your home.

Entire new Carrier system install. Ray went the extra mile to find a system that met our requirements and used components that Sunshine had in stock, since our old Trane system had died. Then the crew was prompt, fast, and thoughtful (took off shoes without being asked to install thermostat, completely cleaned up after themselves). And we now have our cooling threshold set 3 degrees higher than the old one, saving us a lot of power.

They put covers over their shoes inside the house, cleaned up all of the dust and mess completely, took away all the debris and answered all our questions with a smile. Everything was done professionally

Installed ny original unit when the house was built and have had them for maintenance ever since. Naturally, when it was time for a new unit, I went with them.

Until our A/C began to act up on its way to a slow \- death (loosing Freon), we had always taken Sunshine for granted with quality / professional service technicians. However, when our AC began to die in the summer of 2020 \- just before we were expecting company \- we saw/learned how professional Sunshine actually was. A week before the installation date, our AC system died the first time \- Sunshine cane out that very day \& got it working \- three days later, the AC died again \- Sunshine was there again to help us. The day before out company were to arrive, the AC died again \- once more Sunshine was there for us! (The best part \- for us\- was that Sunshine did not charge us for those "emergency repairs). !!! Installation day for our new system was painless \- the technicians arrived early and we had a totally new system before "Wine Time"!! Even better is that the new system electric bills are less than the old system!!

Our unit was not working during one of the hottest weeks of the summer, and Sunshine Air was able to get us up and running with new units in a very reasonable amount of time.

I rarely give 5 star reviews but Sunshine A/C Inc. earned it. I had a 20 year old unit in a house we purchased 2 years ago. I did lots of research via reviews and BBB stats to find 3 a/c companies to call for quoting a new unit. I was extremely impressed with Sunshine A/C Inc. website. It was so informative and forthcoming it left me highly informed about their company. Aside from the normal sales info and mission statement on many websites they even displayed their core values and "employee" code of ethics! Right from the very first contact to set up a quote with Mary to Ray arriving for the quote you can sense the professionalism. Ray had explained in detail about the equipment. He was both knowledgeable and courteous and answered all my questions.Within a week or so we decided to accept the Sunshine quote in the easy online process and I received a call from Ray shortly after detailing the process of ordering the equipment and permit needed as well as the installation date etc. Right on time the installation team arrived and began the process of replacing our a/c unit. They too were courteous, clean, neat and professional. They answered any questions I had in detail. Ray arrived about the time the install team was done to complete the paperwork process with me. He detailed the Lake County Inspection process and date while giving me the paperwork packet I needed. He even explained that they take care of the equipment registration process to Carrier Company for the warranty. He then gave me a tutorial on the new electronic thermostat they installed. He made sure I was comfortable and understood it's operation and before he left he asked if I had any other questions or concerns. From beginning to completion I feel confidant that we made the right choice going with Sunshine A/C Inc. It is because their whole process exceeded our expectations that I had to give them a 5 star review. We now look forward to remaining their customer for many years to come. I had two air handlers that had coils that failed. I got quotes from three dealers and Sunshine Air Conditioning wasn't the lowest price but they were close. Ray was very professional gathering the information and preparing the proposal. But all three said they could only replace the coil not the entire air handler because they didn't think a new air handler would be compatible with the compressor. I was uneasy with replacing the coils because they only came with a one year warranty and I had already replaced them a few years ago. The cost of an entirely new system was more than I could afford. I spoke with Ray again to express my concerns and he offered to contact the manufacturer. After some research, they found that new air handlers were in fact compatible with the existing compressors. The price was not much more than the coils alone and they came with a ten year warranty. Install went smoothly and I'm totally satisfied.
