Gary Pierce was extremely easy to do business with. Our furnace broke during the last semi\-cold snap of spring (when you still need a little heat) and he was very responsive in visiting us and proposing solutions. This all happened on Friday and by Monday evening our new furnace was installed. Jeff led the installation team and they were very professional. Pierce Total Comfort even registered my new furnace with Carrier, saving me the effort, which is another example of their great customer service.

We were very grateful for their immediate response during the hottest time of the year.

We originally just wanted the A/C replaced, but when we looked inside the unit, we realized the heater had to be replaced too. Not thrilled but went ahead with it. What impressed me was that Gary had his techs drive over to NJ to get a new unit, we had it in place the next day and are enjoying the A/C. Gary really impressed me with his diligence and attention to detail...he was quick to respond (even on weekends). After the unit was installed, he checked back in to make sure everything was working properly and that we were happy with the new unit.

Gary \& his associates are incredible. Gary personally responded to my 10pm phone call when my heater stopped working in the middle of a very cold week. He was out the very next day, I had an estimate in hand several hours later \& a new HVAC system in place within 48 hours. In the interim, he had my old furnace working well enough that I wouldn't cold while the new one was being installed. It's about the little details as well though...laying down drop clothes, removing old system, cleaning up...Oh, I should mention that even though they cleaned up they still mopped my basement floor! But the big things are important too \- honesty, fair price, hard\-working, showing up when they say they will, great communications. He is the most professional "vendor" I have ever worked with. Impressed the heck out of me! I will never go to anyone else ever again. I have referred him already to several family members \& friends. Gary is awesome!!!!
