Great job done on new installation. It was done in a timely manor on the day promised. I can't comment on problem solving or future service yet, but my expectations are high based on the work that they've done.

When we bought this house, we knew we would eventually have to replace the 30+ year old AC unit. Well, that happened during some of the hottest days this summer. McTeer's got to us quickly and replaced our system. They did a great job and us, originally from Syracuse NY, know and stand by Carrier systems. You can't get a better combo than McTeer's and Carrier!

The installation of the new equipment at the the Oddfellows Lodge went without a hitch. The bidding by the different vendors was tight. Besides a failing system at the Lodge we also wanted to add a virus killing system to help reduce our chance of infection. I had recently authored a white paper on the topic so was looking to do the best possible installation which could help protect our members. We are pleased with the installation and equipment and would recommend McTeer's to everyone. If someone is looking to upgrade their existing or new HVAC system with virus killing capabilities I would highly recommend they read the whitepaper and or contact McTeer's for an estimate.

We were in a cold spell going from a/c to heat. Our heater wouldn't come on. It was determined that heat ex\-changer was cracked. Mike Explained our options and we decided to replace our heating system with a new one. He had us up and heating in no time.

Just had our system installed 3 weeks ago, so haven't had to have it serviced yet but don't anticipate any problems.

The best of the best right here! Never met Mike in person but he was will to go to our house in Lewes and give a price to replace the furnace and AC unit. Price was awesome and the completed the entire install very quickly. Also the entire crew was very efficient and the clean up was perfect. We had arrived to our beach house a week later and couldn't be happier! Thanks Mike and crew!
