To technician showed up early in the morning they got the business even though it was raining outside reclaim the refrigerant disconnected the old unit put the new unit outside while there was a tech in my attic tearing down the unit in the attic. The other tech went up there and helped him bring everything down put the new unit up there had the new unit outside ready to go, installed a brand new digital thermostat and done. I would recommend them to anybody

Custom Mechanical has handled my HVAC and plumbing needs since I purchased my unit at Sea Colony West in Bethany Beach, DE, in 1994. This is the second HVAC system that they have replaced for me at the end of the older system's useful life. The Custom Mechanical salesman provided me with three clear replacement options based on price and features. He explained each of the options clearly and answered all of my questions. While he provided me with his recommendation, he understood when I made another choice based on my personal energy preferences. The salesman provided flexible and helpful assistance on purchase and delivery in such a way that I was able to obtain the benefits of a sale price without having to take immediate delivery/installation. (The system was purchased in late July 2021 but initially I did not want delivery to take place until after Labor Day so that my family's vacation would not be interrupted.) When I learned that my daughter and her family would be returning from Bethany earlier than initially expected, I called the salesman and he scheduled the installation in less than a week. The system has now been installed and the salesman has informed me that the installation went smoothly. I am a happy customer! Thank you Custom Mechanical!
