M Men came on time and did a great job. A minor problem arose after they left and they returned to fix it.

They performed as contracted in a professional and caring way.

All the people that I dealt with during this process, were professional, informative, friendly and put absolutely no pressure on me or my decision.

The owner walked me through all our options and easily answered my techincal questions about the various units. The install team was very respectful of our home, worked quickly to finish the job, and even fixed an error in the ducting from the original work by the builder. We are very happy with our new system.

With both our furnace and now our Air Conditioner, Impact Heating and Cooling has gone out of their way to take care of us. They know that because we are senior citizens, we do not tolerate cold in winter or heat in summer well and they do everything they can to get our equipment fixed or replaced when needed!

They needed to make a second visit to the job site the next day. However, out of the three technicians that came out the first day no one mentioned that someone else would have to come on a second day to install the correct breaker. It was not a huge problem but I did have to rearrange my schedule the next day to accommodate what should have been done in one day. The only thing the technicians said on day one was the job was all done, I received a text late that afternoon about a second appointment. Poor communication on their part. Other than that the service and install was great.

The technicians were courteous, and kept us informed as to the progress of the installation and removal of the old unit. I am thankful for their expertise with the new unit and installation.

Installers were great to work with. One of the installers John made sure the system was working properly and explained how to use the system. Everything was done to our satisfaction. Great company as we used them to install our furnace too. They were prompt and courteous. Highly recommend to anyone needing an air conditioner or a furnace or both.
