Out of the roughly 10 companies that submitted proposals, Tri\-City seemed the most capable and flexible for my needs. The whole team worked together to quickly complete the job and the finished product was everything I had hoped for. They were courteous, cleaned the site, and when a quirk in the system was discovered a month later, Tri\-City had a tech at my house in under an hour. Couldn't be happier.

Darin is very knowledgeable about the products he offers, extremely customer focused, and has outstanding service people who all act as top notch professionals. The quality of the install project was first rate, and the Carrier Infinity products we purchased are a tremendous upgrade from our previous generation products in quality, noise reduction, and energy efficiency.

It's only been a short while, but Tri\-City appears to have done a nice job. Both the sales rep and the install team were very professional and friendly. And they were able to install the replacement HVAC quickly.

A crew of 5 or 6 people came to our house to replace our aging furnace and air conditioner with high efficient furnace and air conditioner. The job was done in a single day. They knew exactly what they were doing and worked together in a professional manner. When they were done they cleaned everything up enough that you wouldn't have known they had been here. I certainly would recommend them to others. As far as the furnace is concerned it is so quiet it is hard to tell when it is running. The house is very comfortable and the heat is distributed evenly.

When Darin came to our home for an estimate, he answered a number of questions, offered solutions for concerns we had about our current system and was clear in his plans. Within hours he sent a written estimate with a plethora of options and price ranges. Once we were able to move forward with an installation date, Darin again reviewed our options and answered all of our questions. On the day of installation no less than 6 trucks a small army of workers arrived promptly at 8 a.m. Each and everyone of the men were extremely polite, professional, and respectful of our home. They worked the entire day, not even taking a lunch break. At the end of the day all work areas were cleaned and I was so impressed that care was taken to even sweep and clean the outside stairs and entry way. This is a company that not only sells quality heating and air conditioning systems, but clearly are also experts in their field.
