Very professional staff from sales to scheduling to installation. They did exactly what they committed to at the timing they projected. The office staff even registered my equipment with Carrier to ensure I got the extended warranty. I endeavored to get project estimates from three other local contractors, and the difference between them and CMS in terms of responsiveness, thoroughness, and follow\-through was night and day.

We picked CMS because they had the best price with top of the line equipment out of the 4 bids we got. Everyone was polite and worked hard. The guys were happy to answer any questions and make sure we understood what each piece of equipment did and how to use it.

Installation of our furnace and AC units went very smoothly. Showed up on time, all the work was completed that day, precautions were taken to keep the carpets clean and such. Everyone was professional and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. Was a great experience and we will for sure continue to use Carroll Mechanical for our needs.

Carroll Mechanical Services came out and replaced my entire air conditioning unit. Their prices were much less expensive than other outfits I explored and their customer service was excellent.
