Had furnace, heat pump, humidifier \& cleaner installed. Truly the best experience ... installers were knowledgeable and very friendly. Great communication on process, and provided a very detailed walk through of the thermostat \& app upon completion. Thet had to do some configuring to make everything fit, and corrected a venting issue from the prior furnace. Very impressive, from sales through follow\-up on registration and energy rebates.

DAVID CASTILLO and his team did an outstanding job installing by new HVAC system. these guys were professional, respectful, and efficient. David made suggestions to improve my installation that were value\-added, and he was very patient with the WiFi set\-up of the control system. Steel T took care of the Carrier warranty registration and the gas provider rebate paperwork. So far, the system has operated flawlessly. cycling between heating and cooling modes seamlessly. I solicited 3 bids for this replacement, and in my evaluation, Steel T provided the best value.

Installation accomplished on the date requested, and installers efficient and professional

The new unit is way worse than the old unit and none of the other work done has made it any cooler. It is boiling hot and I am not seeing it getting fixed. We need a Carrier factory representative to figure it out. I spent over $7,500.00 and I am still roasting.

In holiday period with prior furnace with this dealer from 2002 out on 12/24 got estimate on 29th and installation on 31st. Awaiting copy of estimate and photos to use with home insurance. Second Carrier furnace and continuing AC system with Carrier. with home insurance.

Steel\-T representative, Rachel, completed a furnace evaluation \-\-\> to the installation transaction without a hitch. She patiently answered many of my questions and explored many options with me as I worked toward this decision. When the furnace failed again before the furnace was installed she personally delivered temporary heaters to this tenant\-occupied unit even during the virus pandemic to ensure that the family was safe and comfortable. Followup was specific and prompt. Cost was competitive and tailored to my needs. I consider this a job very well done. I will call upon them again for other services and products.
