Technicians finished in a timely manner and did a great job cleaning up!

I can't say enough good things about Olsen--something went wrong due to an installer when I put in AC, causing my furnace to need to be replaced, and they did it without any qualms. (There were multiple visits by technicians, all of them excellent except for that one guy who forgot a plastic putty jar lid that ended up on my furnace's burner...)

Professional service from start to finish!

Was impressed by the team leader and apprentices. The team leader explained things every step of the way, installed the equipment in record time and cleaned up when finished.

Even though it took most of the day, they at least managed to make it easier to get the filter in/out. They reconnected everything and everything is working great.

Randy and Caleb were efficient and professional.

Jared did an excellent job removing the old furnace and installing a new furnace, humidifier and thermostat. He arrived on time wearing a mask, wore booties when in our home, worked efficiently, was knowledgeable and patiently answered our questions and explained the use of the equipment and thermostat. An excellent employee and definite asset to Olson Plumbing and Heating.

We installed this AC late in the year. So we haven't had the chance to see it work. However the installation was top notch and very clean.

Olson is always our first choice when we need plumbing and HVAC installations and maintenance. They are very reasonable when needed for either a routine installation such as our furnace, or when an emergency repair is needed. The personnel at both the office and the installers are personable and ensure we are informed of all costs and timing. The installer is on time and they do a great job explaining when the job is complete.

When the furnace went out on a holiday weekend, our first call was to Olson Plumbing \& Heating. They made an emergency visit on Sunday evening, diagnosed the failure, and offered options. We selected a new furnace since ours was near the end of its estimated lifespan. By Monday evening, the old furnace was out and the new one was functioning effectively in its place. We have used Olson for decades because they are so reliable and responsive.

Overall great install. First install date was canceled due to snow and I had to initiate the new date when hadn't heard back from Olson in a week....but it was over Thanksgiving weekend, so I cut them some slack.

100% professional service. This was the type of install you hope for. They showed up on time and stayed late to address a couple of items that weren't expected. Including fixing something the last HVAC installer did wrong at no additional charge. House and garage were spotless when they left, like they were never there.

Olson replaced my 27 year old furnace. The team doing the work were very professional and were excellent in all aspects of the the job: removal, replacement, setup/tuning. My furnace hadn't failed \- yet, but it's amazing how much more comfortable our home is with the newer technology.
