The original installers changed my water pipe without communicating the need beforehand. They changed the exhaust to my water heater without talking to me before hand. On the water heater exhaust they changed it from straight vertical to barely within code (according to furnace inspector.) The original installer also screwed an alternate filter box shut\-\-again without asking. When the box was unscrewed, it was readily apparent there was daylight between the box and the furnace.

Furnace failure in the winter is a time sensitive situation. Smith Plumbing was very responsive, and also provided electric heaters to help in the interim to new install of HVAC system. We also upgraded with an AC install. Smith Plumbing helped selecting a system, also helped identify 0% financing, a big thumbs up. They were efficient and considerate throughout the entire process. We are very happy customers.
