2 weeks and installation still not complete.

IMS is the best HVAC we have ever dealt with hands down. The retrofit installation is clean and effective. The installers were unfailingly polite and professional. They were respectful of our home. This is the third system we have purchased from IMS. The service has always been good and so far, no issues with the Carrier equiptment.

We needed to replace our 20 yr old furnace and AC. Phil came out and reviewed our existing system, analyzed our heating and cooling requirements, and provided quotes on four replacement options. He was very helpful in explaining all the different features and options, making it easier for us to choose the system that best fit our needs. When it came to the installation, Franklin and his crew did a great job. They were on time and Franklin took the time to explain their process and the alterations needed for the new higher efficiency furnace. He and his team were very professional and efficient in getting the job done. They left the work area was left at least as clean as it was when they started. After a couple days with the new system running, I had questions about how the new smart thermostat was operating the system. Franklin identified settings that could be changed to have the system operate as we desired. All in all, great service and very competitively priced. We are very happy we chose IMS!

A very good experience with IMS, from the "comfort specialist" who worked with me to determine what my home needed, to the team that did the installation, to the office (Michelle) who was so easy to work with and good at what she does.

IMS provided a great installation

IMS was a fantastic company to work with! Every person I worked with was kind, professional and reliable. Jesus went above and beyond to fix an issue we were having with our existing duct work. He was able to minimize the sound the air was making as it moved through the duct. Our system is quiet, efficient and heats evenly and comfortably!

I'm so very happy with my furnace/AC installation with IMS. German Gutierrez and Austin Snell were a terrific team! German went over everything with me on day one of the project and was so pleasant to work with! I had the utmost confidence that German was doing an excellent job leading the project and troubleshooting any issues that came up. I had a 30\-year\-old furnace and a 20\-year\-old A/C unit that were being replaced and German had to do some unique retro\-fitting during my project. He always took the time to bring me in to discuss any issues and the possible options. I also appreciate that their supervisor stopped by to check on how things were going. I work from home and both German and Austin were so considerate with entering and exiting my home with minimal disturbance to me. They were both very kind and I appreciate their knowledge and excellent customer service. When the Boulder County Inspector came to sign off on my permit, he was impressed with their work and told me, "They really did a great job. This is as good as it gets." I knew they did a great job, but it was great to hear that confirmation from the Inspector. I will highly recommend Home Depot/IMS. Thanks for making my project such a success!

these are professional from the initial contact with sales personnel to the installers they knew the technical aspects of heating and air condition they were friendly and informing they provided me with what i needed

Everyone at IMS is friendly, professional and courteous. They arrive on time and take the time to answer questions when/if you have them. They have been doing maintenance on my heater for years and I recently updated the heater as well as adding a humidifier and A/C. Every step in the process went smoothly and I am very pleased with the new eqiuipment.

Got old system up and running and fit us into the schedule the following week for new furnace with winter knocking on the door. Had a tight space to work within, had to do an equipment exchange to make it fit. Knowledgeable tech on site to guide and assist other two techs. Nice clean install and commissioning to make sure everything was in working order and familiarized us with everything before departure. Thank You!
