Bill and his team were great in all aspects. The price was better than other quotes we got, the scheduling of work dates was easy, and the guys worked hard to get the job done.

Friendly communication with the office. I had a problem in this past winter when it got very cold and, of course, I came down with covid! The staff needed to order me a new furnace and worked as quickly as they could to acquire it. In the meantime they lent me a space heater which I could use, that made all the difference in the world. Air Products was on top of my situation and sent the crew out as soon as the furnace arrived. Everyone was great!

I contacted a few different HVAC companies when my system needed replacement. Air Products was the most helpful through the quoting process to determine which system would be best for my home. The installers took a little longer than expected but they followed my requests about locations for vents, a new attic access, and where to run refrigerant lines. The fit\-and\-finish of the new system looks very professional.

We are very fortunate to be able to book Airproducts \& Services during a early spring Southern California Heatwave after we discovered our 27yr old AC system had failed over the winter. Airproducts provided a helpful and knowledgeable sales engineer to safely review our home, anwser our questions, and negotiated a fair price to our liking. Then booked us that same week for a complete removal and installation of our new infinity series HVAC system which took 2 days or 16hrs total. The installers were extremely helpful, personable, and dedicated to getting our HVAC systems Up and running. The Ecobee Pro smart thermostat is intuitive to control, via my wife's IPhone and my Android. After a week we have had zero issues or gotchas:). We look forward to continuing our relationship with Airproducts and Carrier for the next 27yrs:)

We had a great experience with Air Products \& Services on a recent installation of a new furnace and coil. Their response to our inquiry was super prompt (over Christmas holidays!), excellent assessment and proposal by service rep, Bob Curran, who stayed on with the project through completion, expert installation by personnel that was courteous and professional. They came quite a bit more expensive than other proposals we received but they were the only straight shooters... and we are glad we used them.
