Great work figuring out how to modify our existing system to work with a Carrier heat pump.

Upgraded to central air after previously having Simpson install a new heating system. Got multiple estimates and Simpson was best by $1200.00.. Combine that with exceptional installation and speed of service and we couldn't be more satisfied.

The guys who did the install worked hard to make sure they had it installed correctly. It wasn't in the easiest location for access. The location and the amount of work involved pushed the project to two days.

We had an absolutely great experience with Simpson Sheet Metal from the time I made my initial call to the day they finished up the installation of our new furnace and AC unit. We had asked them to perform what some would think as an impossible task, but they figured out a way to accommodate our request and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. We hired Simpson to install an air\-conditioning unit in our home in Novato. Jonatan, our sales person, was incredibly friendly and knowledgable, and was available via phone and text when we had questions. His proposal was tailored to our setup, and he found just the right system for our unique situation. He even paid us a second visit after\-hours before the installation to help us figure some issues out. The day of the installation, the installers Troy and Adolfo were professional, polite, friendly, and beyond competent. Our system presented some extra challenges, and they both rolled with the punches and figured out solutions with good humor and patience. We appreciate their expertise and professionalism, and will absolutely be using them should we have any additional HVAC needs

We needed a new forced air furnace for our 100\-year old home in Santa Rosa. Everyone at Simpson did a great job. The estimate/design phase was thorough and thoughtful. The cost of the job was a little less than two other bidders. Installation happened on time and was carried out very well. The three installers were very conscientious and knowledgable and even fun to have in the house for two days. I have nothing but good things to say.

The quality of workmanship and willingness to accommodate my wishes were outstanding. Troy, the installer was an interesting and capable fellow not at all put off by my presence and desire to learn what I could from observing his work. The only shortcoming I feel was a too brief explanation of the thermostat. I have found the manual for it on line and that looks helpful.

Professional and courteous

Simpson Sheet Metal did an excellent job of removing my 50 year old central heater and all the asbestos wrapped ducting. They installed all new duct work and a new furnace AND central AC. They're staff was very polite, constantly not wanting to be a bother or in my way. They were very courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend Simpson Sheet Metal!

Installers were able to come a day earlier than planned and took less time than we expected. That was a plus for us. They were efficient and polite and a pleasure to deal with.

The HVAC system that has been installed seems to be performing as it should. However, the installation process wasn't trouble free, since the original system as proposed by the salesman\-\-a zoned system\-\-couldn't be installed because the existing duct passageways in the home were too constricting, so the project had to be revised on the fly. That's understandable, but the installation process was more stressful than it had to be because the lead installer was difficult to deal with\-\-he was at times abrasive, condescending and insulting.

Replace 30 year old furnace. Helped get our gas turned on after leak discovered when house was evacuated during Northern California fires. Brought in an electrician to bring attic up to code with new furnace.

Simpson worked through a fairly complicated (tight) install, and accommodated my multitude of questions and requests. Simpson did a fantastic job.

Add on

We replaced two minimally functioning heat pumps with gas furnaces installed in a small crawl space. Other HVAC contractors told us gas furnaces could not be installed in our home due to lack of access for a required unobstructed drain in case of a gas leak. Simpson figured out how to successfully do this.

We had done a lot of research on a variety of products and applications for our house. John had great answers and an outstanding knowledge base. His patience as we made our decision was fanatastic. His follow through and professionalism was top notch. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Installation carrier furnace Z002651054770C

My furnace failed just before Christmas and a repairman came out on a Saturday to try to get it going. He was successful, but it was on its last legs and was not functioning properly the next day. An estimator came out on the 28th, a slot became available and installers came out on the 29th and installed a new furnace. The only problem was that the new furnace had an intermittent gas control valve so the furnace would not always turn on. A repairman came out and verified the problem and a new valve has been ordered.

Simpson Sheet Metal was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. All the staff were both responsive and professional. I highly recommend them.
