Excellent in every way!

I needed to replace my furnace in one of my rental property. Ricardo (the owner) came on Thursday and did an estimate and then finish the job on the next day. It's super fast and processional. The price was very reasonable. Good Job! I will use them again in my other property.

We were very happy to find the Bayhill Heat Air through the Internet. When I called them, they responded my call right away and helped to schedule someone to come over my house. When Ricardo came, I told him the problems of my house with heat air not evenly distributed. The upper level was so warm compared to downstairs. After the conversation with Ricardo, he suggested us to put Zoning System in our two levels house and also fixed some ducks in the attic. Finally we accepted his professional recommendations even the zoning system will cost us more, but we would like to give it a try. After the installation, we can feel the differences right away and really happy with the results. The comfort level has no comparison at all! Great Job! Now we enjoy our sweet home more and my children are never complaining the air is too warm in the upstairs. Thank you very much Ricardo and Benny for your professional knowledges and excellent work! I highly recommend for any one who needs comfort heat and cool air.
