Air Conditioner Installation

Had our HVAC installed through Comfy. From the first interaction, we were impressed with the information that they shared. They shared with us the best options available for our requirements and guided us with what was actually needed for the house. For installation, we had three people visit us\- Carlos Jr, Jorge \& Miguel, who were professional, courteous and well organized. They did a good job of putting the unit in and more importantly left the house clean. We were very happy with the entire service and interaction with the business and the people.

Comfy installed a new heat pump to replace my 45\-year\-old furnace. Replaced all of the duct work in the crawl space and did an excellent job. The crew that did the job was very professional and cleaned up after themselves each day for the 4 day installation.

Comfy gave a comprehensive bid with choices, options and explanations. Their installation was done almost immediately after the bid was accepted. All phases of the installation were taken care of by this team: permits, asbestos removal, electrical upgrade, etc. There were no odds and ends leftover for the homeowner to take care of. Everyone was professional and helpful.

We had to replace our furnace and also replace ducts in our home. We got quotes from different contractors and on different brands. We liked that Comfy Heating gave us different options (low efficiency, high efficiency, 1\-stage, 2\-stage, variable speed), clearly told us what the differences between the different options were and answered all our questions. Their quotes were also competitive and we decided to go with them. The team that came to install the furnace and replace the ducts arrived on time and completed the work as promised. They were friendly and polite to work with. I highly recommend Comfy Heating.

I have received multiple quotes from other AC companies for a new AC installation. Austin is awesome he is able to price match and provide the best service possible and he did Before checking any where I would recommend checking these guys and call Austin for take a look your home inspection to give you best quotes. The installation guys (Carlos \& Aries ) came out at my home and did a good job, they were technically sound and very good experience of AC installation. Comfy provided a clean installation, and provide step by step procedures on how to receive the necessary permits and inspections required by the city. Upon inspecting their work they pay great attention to detail to make sure we pass the HERS and city inspection. They are able to provide the steps necessary to obtain zero interest financing for 24 months through Home Depot

The product recommendation worked well in our space and the install went great.
