Air Quality added an A/C unit to my existing furnace. Matt was very helpful in outlining the options for the equipment. The installation was performed quickly and efficiently with excellent workmanship and attention to detail. They corrected errors made by the furnace installer, a different company, and installed a new thermostat that was not included in the original statement of work. They did an excellent job in cleaning up when the job was complete. In the end, they did more work at lower cost than the other bids, with all the work being done to the highest standard.

A few days ago I contacted the Air Quality Heating \& Air Conditioning team \- spoke with Matt Farber. My air conditioning (a very old condo Carrier unit) had just stopped working. Matt sent a technician \- Joe \- right away to inspect the unit, and Joe patiently and throughly described what was wrong (corrosion, etc) and what options I had. Matt then sent me an estimate. I had spoken with a few other companies, and gotten a couple of estimates, some higher, some lower \- but something about both Joe and Matt's professionalism (and friendliness) struck me very deeply, and I decided to go with my guts \- and I was completely right. Matt send a team of 4, who did the job flawalessly, in just a few hours, installed, removed the old stuff, tested, cleaned up after them, and after a month without A/C I had my air back on, with a very quiet and efficient new unit. Unsurprisingly, I reffered Matt and his company the same day to a neighbour who was looking for some work in his unit (and the neighbor was very happy with the consultation). In a world where bad service is more and more common, there still are great people and great companies \- Matt and airandheat.org are one!
