I never received an email or call back from the service dealer listed on my warranty paperwork for the Carrier AC unit when I had an issue with my AC. I had to call the home builder, and they got a local AC tech out to repair it. Unfortunately, I cannot rate the service.

Degree HVAC replaced my 23 year old Carrier furnace with a new energy efficient Infinity system. I was very impressed with the installation crew and am extremely pleased with my new furnace. The 4\-zone system works very well in regulating the temperature in all zones. and the controller (thermostat) is easy to use unlike systems I've had in the past.
