Our Advisor was Chris Patterson and he was great, he knew the products in detail and able to provide us with the best choice for our home and budget. Our old air conditioner unit was exactly that OLD, may have been the last of its kind as it was put by others in the past. All the installers came in one morning, removed the old one and replaced with new, quiet, working wonderfully air conditioner unite on one of the hottest days of August. Installers all very nice and courteous, came inside wearing masks and boot covering, covered carpets with tarps and knew exactly what they had to do and got it done, completing the job in one day. Everything was cleaned up before they left. After job complete, office staff communicated for final inspections and all very friendly. We are very please with Redlands and Henry Bush Plumbing , Heating and especially Air Conditioning. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great service at an affordable price.

From the first meeting until the install service has been excellent.

After researching several brands of packaged air conditioning \& heating units we decided that Carrier was the best choice for us. We liked that installers at authorized Carrier dealers receive specialized training on the installation and maintenance of Carrier products. Also, our research showed that Carrier is recognized for the excellent dependability and quality of their products. We chose Redlands \& Henry Bush Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning as our dealer due to their excellent customer ratings. We found out that their excellent ratings are well deserved! From first estimate to final installation every one we dealt with was courteous, professional and very aware of wearing face masks, gloves and boot covers when entering our home. Highly recommended!

Ken and Carlos came and installed an entire new heating and air conditioning system. They took out the old system and replace every single part of the system with brand new parts, including the thermostat. They finished the entire job in 3 days. They were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. They adjusted the air flow in every room so the whole house is very comfortable. They also took all the old stuff away and cleaned up everyday before they left. I would hire this company and those 2 men again in a heartbeat.

Other dealers wanted to replace our system with the same capacity units and same distribution system despite our complaints about the performance of the system. Chris heard the complaints about our old system and designed a new system to match our needs. The crew led by Ken and overseen by Sheldon did a great job installing the furnace, air conditioner, and new ducting.

Had prior experience w/dealer..therefore when I needed another new system @ different locale my only call was to them.

Called Redlands heating and plumbing (Henry Bush)for an estimate they explained everything in detail gave us different options and answered all questions. We did the entire system ac condenser coil heater and duct work the installation took four days because of the detail to there work everything wrapped and insulated and also sealed inside ducts super clean install I can?t say enough about it very pleased
