The weather was extremely hot, but the install was done with great attention to every detail. The system looked very clean and functional when completed. The conditions were tough, but they persevered.

They removed the old air conditioner and all the old duct work, placed a new air conditioner on the roof and installed all new duct work through out the house. They did a great job! all the employees were very nice and friendly.

Work seems good so far. Two of the four installers in the house were incredibly polite and communicated well about the work being done. One decided not to wear a mask inside my home, despite my asking him directly to do so. Unacceptable and completely disrespectful.

We had an issue the day after install and they arrived the next day and solved the problem. Couldn't ask for better follow through and service. Very tech, salesperson, and office person was personable and wanted to make sure we understood the process and were satisfied with the install. Can't say enough positive things about this company.

Allbritten was very professional. Prices similar to other big and small names in town but they had daily crews completing a new heating/air condition combined roof unit/new duct work/new attic insulation/etc in a few days and within a week of calling them. All crews were professional, neat, clean.

They replaced the complete heating and AC system. Arrived on time, were courteous and mindful that we were still living in the home for the two days of the install. Helped with the new WiFi thermostat in the house and on our phones.

Everything went great

This installation was the result of the 2nd meeting during a 4 year period. I was put off by the cost of the equipment initially. As time went by and I did some research, I began to realize that this would be a good investment in my house. ABC delivered on its promise to install the equipment, both in terms of the timing and the pricing. I was nervous initially because I had heard of stories where contractors ran in to difficulties and increased the amount charged or did poor work. ABC was professional from start to finish. They came prepared the first time, to do the job right.

We've used Allbritten since the purchase \& installation from another company that didn't turn out so well. They came in and saved the day, and took great care of that unit until it was replaced this last summer. At the same time, Allbritten also installed insulation and new fans. New HVAC and Ducts \- Work was done quickly and professionally. The new system seems great although milder temperatures have not required much use of heat side and none of the cooling side.

Everyone with Allbritten Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning ("Allbritten") were fantastic to me. I am a critical consumer. My home is old and a difficult installation. Allbritten's employees were professional and highly motivated. I believe I was given a fair deal for top quality equipment and installation expertise. Ten years ago I spent thousands of dollars doing basically the same thing \[with a different company\]. The ducting system, on the old system never worked. It was frustrating because I had paid extra to "reduct everything." Within a half hour of speaking with Jerrod of Allbritten's he informed me that my primary air flow problem was the ducting, and that the previous contractor and service provider had not completely reducted the system. So sad! However, it was wonderful for a heating and air conditioning company to finally give me the whole truth. The installation of the new heating and cooling system by Allbritten was a big job. The crews which arrived each day were kind, efficient, knowledgeable, professional and kept me informed each step of the way. The fit and finish are neat and clean. The Allbritten team were wonderful, and even though I am somewhat of a hermit... I missed them when they left! So far the Carrier system installation is seamless and amazing. It is a revelation.

Allbritten deserves an A+ overall for their professionalism and quality work. We choose them because of the positive experience we had five years prior in another home, and were surprised to work with several of the same employees. Within a week of moving into newly purchased home with a 27 year old HVAC, we were without heat. Our home warranty company agreed to cover the install of a new unit. Disappointingly, we could not choose the installer (who had the poorest review scores possible on Yelp), nor the unit. After three weeks with no heat, we opted to take a 2k buyout and choose our own product and installer. Not only did Allbritten schedule our install in less than a week over the holidays, they helped us qualify for a large energy rebate which helped reduce the price. We are very comfortable with our new very quiet and efficient Carrier. We are especially happy that we got all new duct work as well. All of the employees are friendly, conscientious, and trustworthy.

From initial call to completion of install, my experience with Allbritten has been exemplary. Everyone from the receptionist, service technician for initial diagnosis on existing system, sales rep for new system, and the installation team have provided nothing but exemplary customer service. One thing that's important to me is that people wear shoe covers when they work in my home because I'm a shoeless household. Each time someone from Allbritten came to the door, they had shoe covers in hand, and said, "Of course, that's how we do business." I appreciated how I was treated with respect as various people had to bring me up\-to\-speed on dealing with an older unit and the decision to purchase a Carrier 16 seer two\-stay packaged system. I can report that I am extremely satisfied with the Carrier. It's so quiet in comparison to my older system, and I am excited that I now have a more efficient system that will last me for many years to come.

Unit still needs parts

A new 3.5 ton a/c heating unit was installed on my home. The unit is exceptionally quiet. You don't hear it, only feel the air coming from the vents. I am truly pleased with this unit. Our previous unit was a Carrier, but it was installed in 1990. Technology has come a long ways and Carrier has definitely kept up with it. This unit will be here when I am long gone from this Earth.

I live in an 80\-year\-old house that had an HVAC system that was already ancient when I moved here. If you are familiar with Fresno summers, you know how miserable they are with inadequate cooling. I chose Allbritten to replace the system after reading online reviews and seeing how long they had been in business. I am so\-o\-o glad I made that choice. They explained everything they planned to do (and all the reasoning behind it) in a way that even I could understand it clearly, including the fact that Carrier is their brand of choice. I chose to have the two\-stage unit installed, and it has performed beautifully \- my family and I have been truly comfortable all through an extremely hot summer. Also, everyone who sees the equipment (and knows something about it) comments on what a great job the installers did, so I could not be happier.

Allbritten installed the Carrier Infiniti HVAC along with all new duct work, air sealing and R50+ insulation in the attic. The install crew were great! I am very happy with my new system and much more comfortable.

The title says it all, not going to write a book about it.
