Really happy to find honest skilled people. Nick made this project work for us through his expert knowledge of various products and the current rebates. Nick's dad installed our Carrier forced air gas furnace and AC over 25 years ago and it still works great \- but we are de\-gassing our home and wanted to switch to electric mini\-split systems. The crew, Gilbert, Lenny, and Luis work fast but with attention to detail and perfect clean up. They finished the Granny unit and most of the front house in one day. We are so pleased with the wonderful completely silent units Nick recommended.

Albert Air exceeded my expectations on every level of the project. I had Albert Air do an entire HVAC upgrade, including a full attic duct work replacement and the addition of three ceiling air vents. Nick Albert came out and began the project by making an assessment of my existing system. The three previous contractors simply looked at our old system and quoted a new system based on the technical specs of our existing compressor. Upon Nick's inspection, we found that the duct work was undersized for the compressor and the compressor was oversized for the layout and square footage of our home. Once we designed the proper system, Nick and his team showed up on time, were extremely clean, courteous and quiet. They spent a total of three days at our home. Each morning they showed up within the window of time they scheduled. They also laid down tarps to ensure our carpeting remained clean. At the end of each day, they cleaned up and left our home as they found it. Their installers are "company employees" who clearly model the values and customer respect of their family\-owned business. I received a total of three quotes. Albert Air was right in line with the cost of the other three contractors. I highly recommend Nick and Albert Air.

Albert Air was very professional throughout our entire experience from making a decision on which unit to purchase through the installation and use training at completion. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to purchase a new air conditioner.

Cooling of new A/C is unbalanced without any attempts to recommend or solve the problem,.i.e., very, very cold in two rooms and barely cool in other rooms. They said they couldn't repair the holes they cut in the ceiling, but didn't recommend a company or say it would be at our cost. cost.. They solved the problem of additonal registers. They didn't solve the unbalanced cool air in the rooms or recommend a solution to the even recommend anything for the unbalanced coolnest in the rooms and

They are very good installer and they extended the installation days from 2 days to 3 days just to replaced a 14 inches duct to 16 inches. Highly recommend this dealer.

Albert Air and employees were very prompt, and were able to install the new A/C\-Furnace\-Ductwork\-Thermostat two weeks ahead of schedule. The installation took three days, and they left our house spotless every evening. The city inspector said it was one of the cleanest jobs he had seen. Nice work.

Initial estimate meeting with Nick was way more professional than the three others I had come by. Nick came by a couple of times a day and checked on the crew. Everyone was professional, courteous and clean. Job was completed on time. You get what you pay for!

We had a ductless AC system installed in our familyroom and 2 bedrooms (all have SW exposure). We're looking forward to our first summer heat wave! Summer will be our favorite season, now that we will sleep cool upstairs during hot summer weather.

After extensive discussion of various options/eatures with Nick, I felt assured I had the right HVAC equipment \& ductwork configuration. No buyers remorse. Also, Aurelio and Martin, the installers, were very efficient and skillful in their installation work. Plus they took time to answer my questions. Albert Air is highly recommended.

Albert Air was referred by friends for good reason, they were great. Nick visited the house and provided all the options for a complete HVAC replacement (our old one failed). We decided to replace two systems with the 2\-stage Performance Series. Nick scheduled a two day installation for the following week, they called to remind us and also sent an email with the bio's of the installation crew, complete with pictures. Aurelio and Martin showed up early and were very polite and courteous as they prepared for day one, carpet protectors were placed on the floor and the day started, they finished the 3\-ton unit around 3:30 PM it was a very clean install. Day 2 started at 7:15 and they finished the 4\-ton unit at 4:30 PM. They balanced the system, placed dampers where needed and gave us some new filters. The old system was installed by the builder and was probably not a pristine install (they used saw cut wood blocks to support the units and pieces of scrap wood for duct separators from the trusses, and no dampers were in the system. Albert Air installed all the proper support equipment, new mounts and it is a nice looking professional job. Better yet is works great (now we have heat). I couldn't be more pleased with the crew. We left them in the house alone to do the work without question as Albert Air has very trustworthy employees. Our friends gave us a wonderful recommendation and I am glad we followed their advice. We will definitely use them again on other properties. Job well done.

Carrier has an outstanding dealer in Albert Air Inc.. From the first call for an estimate to the finish of the install everything was accomplished in an outstanding manner. Nick Albert performed all the necessary calculations and Aurelio and Martin completed the entire system install including the installation of all new duct work. The entire team worked harmoniously to accomplish the job. They worked for perfection in meeting the many challenges involved in replacing the old equipment and duct work. The team was very polite and answered all questions professionally. Aurelio and Martin arrived early for work and kept up a blistering pace, assisting each other in various phases of the installation. Another important point is that they made sure the area was clean after they completed their daily work. A side note is that I am 608 and 609 certified so I can appreciate the attention to detail required for this install. Overall rating would be SUPERIOR with a highly satisfied customer.
