I needed a new heat pump for my home. I got three bids and chose SAYCO. They were not the least expensive, but they were very thorough. I had one followup appointment this spring, at no charge, to service the heat pump prior to the summer months.

My experience with Sayco to solve our HVAC installation, was nothing less than stellar!! After another company said the Carrier equipment I wanted was not available, Tony from Sayco had the exact unit I was looking for!! Installed the next day, and my home is happy and cool again. I will only recommend Sayco to anybody who needs HVAC work done in the Tucson area. Tony has the highest integrity level of all companies I've dealt with over the last 15 years. Sayco Heating \& Air is second to no other HVAC company this Tucson market.

I would not hire Sayco to install my garden hose. They were recommended by my General Contractor to provide and install the HVAC system on my new build home. From the beginning, nothing was completed in a timely manner. The duct installation took weeks, with them showing up randomly and the installers typically standing around on their cell phones when they were there. When it came time to install the units, the installers literally placed a furnace in the center of my mechanical closet leaving no room for the hot water heater. This of course had be moved which left a big whole in my ceiling. Then without asking, they cut a vent hole into the front of my house in a spot that was highly visible (right at eye level in a front facing elevation) rather than make any attempt to locate the vent in a place that would make it less of an eye sore. Furthermore, they forgot to add exhausts vents to both of my furnaces \- just completely forgot to cut the flue into the roof \- which had to be done after the metal roof was installed. When this was brought to their attention they sent several crews to come look at the problem \- but over a course of three weeks no one actually fixed it. The units, with all necessary vents, were installed the morning of our final inspection. This was only after my husband demanded that Tony (the owner) actually fix the problem \- which leads us to believe that Tony's intentions were to hide unfinished work from the county inspector. The vent was connected to the furnace and the flue was in place on the roof \- unfortunately they were not connected. The owner knew the inspection was happening and we believe he was counting on the inspector not being able to see into the attic space to make sure the vent connected all the way through. When my husband caught on to this fact and called Sayco out on this, suddenly they could find time in the schedule to get the installers to finish it. Hands down this is the worst contractor we had on our whole build and I am very regretful that we did business with them at all. My concern is that we are locked into using them for any warranty work moving forward. The Carrier units we purchased work wonderfully and I am pleased with the purchase \- just wish Sayco was not your dealer. Also, I have no idea how to set up or use my unit and I want no part of having Sayco back in my home.

I had 3 different coworkers suggest I try Sayco. The prices were definitely unbeatable for a 2\-Stage AC Unit and a good warranty. I was a bit skeptical at first, but my coworkers had nothing bad to say about them. Tony was prompt at getting to my house and providing information and a quote. After the new AC Unit was installed, we ran into some unforeseen issues with the thermostat wiring in my house. We did run into some scheduling issues with the technicians, but I worked with Tony and Leslie to get these and the thermostat issue resolved. All in all, my heating and cooling is now working.

The complete team at Sayco was a pleasure to work with. From the initial contact and estimate, to the install and commissioning, all members of the Sayco team were professional and respective of the home. While working in difficult conditions in a small attic space and access, they did the job in a timely and clean manner. I cannot recommend the entire Sayco team enough.
