Great service!

I ended up having two new units installed at my residence. The first initial contact was from a cold call offering a free inspection, that I normally blow off. But one of my units was having an issue and I didn't have time to deal with it, so I agreed. I did not notify them about the issue, because I wanted to see how honest they were. Troy came out and dealt with my wife. He was friendly and notified her of the issue. He came back with a relay(I had an idea what it was already) being the issue and that the fix was required prior to conducting his inspection. So, the unit was repaired and we rescheduled the inspection on the units to another time. I happen to be home when the inspection was completed and went through all the issue that we could be dealing with in the near future. The units ran as best they could being almost 30 years old. So after talking about replacement, a deal was made. I decided to go with 2 new 3\-ton dual stage Carrier units. Emergency air team came out and installed the units. Two teams were supposed to arrive for the install. But one team showed up and finished install of both units in one day, they we're troopers. They cleaned up their mess prior to leaving. Next day I looked over their work, and had no complaints. Troy came out a few days later to give the system a once over. I have no complaints so far and would recommend them. Troy has responded to my calls and texts when I have questions. So far I'm very happy with the purchase and how the process went.

The installation of the new Carrier A/C unit went very smoothly. The old equipment was removed and the new outside A/C unit and the new inside air handler unit were installed without any problems. (Due to the tight location at the side of the house a crane was used to remove the old A/C and install the new one. That was a very good way to do it.) Everything looks great and works well.

The sales person and everyone we had any contact with were all so professional and made us feel important.
