Desert Foothills was competitive in their pricing; provided multiple options to meet our requirements; the furnace and air conditioner were neatly installed in a timely manner; and John is extremely knowledgeable in his field of expertise. When asked about a product our insurance company recommended to reduce our policy costs, John was willing to investigate the product and purchase it for us. Never were we pressured to buy. All in all it was a very good experience.
