From the very beginning of the gentleman coming out my experience was great. He listened to my previous experience and made sure he understood what was important to me. (ie:I wanted a system with louvers, concerned with the outside duct work etc.). He explained the process, timing and costs. The following day Brian followed up confirming the timing and process. The day of installation, they were on time and did exactly what they said they would. They ensured all was installed properly, showed me how to operate the thermostat, sealed my vent work and painted it. It looks beautiful to me! I couldn't be happier-Thanks to all!

A/C concepts really help my family out in a pinch. Our 4th child was ready to come home from the hospital and our a/c went out on us. It was 96 inside our house. Ace was great, got everything quoted, ordered and scheduled. The whole system was replaced in a day. All new, all matching, 100 times better then the old stuff. I really appreciate their hardwork
