The heater replacement was very quick and easy. The technicians kept me informed during the process and addressed all of my questions.

The service was great. Everyone seemed to know what they were doing. They had our air on in less that a whole day and I can say it has really helped on our electric bill.

Knowledgeable and professional service. Put in the extra effort to complete the entire job in a single day.

If maintenance person had reconnected 2 wires after cleaning the coil, my current air conditioner would have still been working and I would not have ordered a new one. (Found when installing the new one.) However, it was still leaking freon and would need replaced pretty soon anyway, so I am not TOO upset. Just out the $125 for cleaning the coil on the old one that was a useless expense since it never ran again and got replaced.
