The 2 men who came and installed our system were very professional. During the installation process the got dust in my living room floor which was no big deal I had no problem cleaning it up but when I got back home they had swept it all up! We have a brand new carrier AC unit for our new construction home we purchased. The fan inside the unit sounds like it?s off and makes a squealing sound, I wish it was looked into before we moved in. Will probably follow up in a warranty claim. Regardless should have been fixed before I moved in.

I do like the thermostat and applicable phone app. I am a little disappointed to learn that the unit uses these enormous filters that are only changed every 6 months. As a family with severe allergies, I am interested to see how this works.
