Our old unit was becoming most problematic. Head?s provided prompt, helpful, objective, and thorough information about all of our options. The installation crew was terrific \- fast, focused, and did a great job cleaning up after. From the initial service call to the installation follow up, Head?s is the best!

The 2 men who came and installed our system were very professional. During the installation process the got dust in my living room floor which was no big deal I had no problem cleaning it up but when I got back home they had swept it all up! I would definitely recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Carrier AC unit installed on our new house. Works great.

We have a brand new carrier AC unit for our new construction home we purchased. The fan inside the unit sounds like it?s off and makes a squealing sound, I wish it was looked into before we moved in. Will probably follow up in a warranty claim. Regardless should have been fixed before I moved in.

The inside unit whistles! During our walk through, our contractor said it was fixed, but once we moved in, it started whistling again! We have spoken to several new homeowners and they have had the same problem!

We are happy so far, we bought a house in a neighborhood and the builder chose this product. I do like the thermostat and applicable phone app. I am a little disappointed to learn that the unit uses these enormous filters that are only changed every 6 months. As a family with severe allergies, I am interested to see how this works.

Just moved into new house. So far, everything is doing great. Had a problem and technician fixed the problem and let us know what he did and got the air filters needed for the unit. Everything is working just fine.

Mike was absolutely the best! Although he did not actually do the install, he was the person that gained my trust in the company. He also came out after the installation and verified the install was done accurately and the system was operating as it should.
