This was a great company to work with. The person who came to do the estimate was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. The installers who came were very nice and professional, and had everything done within about 5 hours. They then took time to explain the thermostat and made sure any questions I had were answered.

My experience with the team managing and installing my replacement Carrier HVAC system was top\-notch. The men were courteous, quiet, efficient and neat. All old parts and trash were removed from my home upon completion, and all existing problems with duct work, valves, etc. were resolved. The head installer, Jason, and the manager, David, took the time to address my concerns and answer my questions. Details of the installation were discussed, and David visited twice during the install to check progress. He assured me he will be back in three days to ensure the system is working properly. I have had a service contract with Climatemp for about eight months, and there were some communication problems with scheduling that account for the 4\-star rating; however, after spending time with David, I am confident the problems have been addressed and expect 5\-star service going forward. Climatemp was recommended to me by a close friend who has had over twenty years of experience with this company and is very satisfied with their service.

We had to great techs that came out and did a wonderful job! Alfred and Alvin were kind answered all our questions and made sure everything was to our liking. They carefully walked us through programming our thermostat before leaving and connected it to our WIFI. That is service!!

HAD A QUESTION THAT NEEDED ATTENTION....HAD A REP WITHIN THE HOUR...QUESTION ANSWERED

I had Stan and another gentleman come out the day before installation to give me a quote. They were very nice and sold me on getting the 16 seer with WiFi thermostat. I was told someone would call me at around 8am the following morning to give me an estimated arrival time for installation. I never received a call so I called around 9:30am and was told they would be at my house between 11:30\-12. After numerous unreturned phone calls they showed up at 3:30pm. I was told it would be about 4\-5 hours on the install. They did not leave until 2am! The I stalkers told me they could not leave and come back the next day. They said their company does this to them all of the time. I did not appreciate this and I called several times the following day to speak to the owner and he has still not returned my calls. On top of this, the unit froze up after they installed the WiFi thermostat and i had to have aomeone come out and fix it. The installers seemed very competent, however, the ownership and management would keep me from ever recommending this company to anyone.

Climatemp did a great job installing our new Carrier unit. Everyone I spoke with was very polite. They left all of the work areas tidy, and did a very nice of routing the wires and tubing in a neat, clean manner.

Climatemp gave us the best price and best product of the 4 companies we got quotes from. They were flexible with the installation date, and installed right away when we were ready. Rob and John were very knowledgeable about the product and were very thorough in installing. Overall, it was a great experience. Couldn't have been any better!

Sale before service was excellent, Installers did a great job but were rushed trying to get through due to getting a late start. We loaned them a wheelbarrow to help haul material and then we done the inside clean\-up ourselves to help out. There was a latch removed from the hallway door and evidently got discarded. The doorway will not close now until I can find a new one. No follow\-up from anyone after install! This was very disappointing

When our old system wasn't working, they diagnosed it Saturday morning and by that evening we had our entire system replaced. Both the repairman and the installation techs were knowledgeable and professional. Service like that on a Saturday was stellar. You won't find that anywhere else in town.

My old heat pump was changed out. I was very pleased with the salesman,Joesph's knowledge of the new system. He was informative, courteous, and pleasant to work with. The installers worked very diligently removing and installing the units. James and Heath were polite and respectful during the installation. I was pleased with the cleanup after the installation.

My old system was 20 years and I knew I was on borrowed time. After getting 4 estimates, Climatemp was the best value for the system I chose. They showed up and went right to work. Changed the old with the new in a few hours, could not be happier.

Sales rep sold us a good unit but the installation has been frustrating! Sales rep told us our 20 yr old condensation pump would be replaced too. He did not put it in work order and company owner refused to replace it. After being told that technicians would return the next day to complete install, one week later we got the install completed. But no pump! But we were told by owner he only honors what is in "black and white". Better read everything and trust nothing told to make sale!

Experience with product very recent and too early to judge it. However, the staff who provided service and installation were excellent.

The old unit was removed and the new unit installed, tested, and made operational remarkably quickly.
