There was a issue with leaking after unit was installed. Mike sent service person out at night. All issues were taken care of. Very nice and helpful company.

Riley Heating and Air Conditioning were complete professionals from the day they diagnosed the problems with our old system and recommendations, through the install of a new HVAC system. We built our house in 2010 and our old system never worked right. Our master suite was always hot no matter what we tried. The builder and subcontractors who built our house are total amateurs when it comes to duct work of an HVAC system and other areas of the house. After 8 years of sweating through the summers in our bedroom, Riley gutted the old system and fixed the builder's incompetence by installing a 4 ton instead of 3.5, which it should've been 4 ton in the first place due to the size of our house, and they also properly zoned the new system.

My salesman was not pushy and the techs were professional.

Crew was profeesioanl and knowledgable. Unit works great and i am very pleased.
