4 years ago I had issues. Cathcart came out and fixed but said unit about to go. Rather than pushing and making me buy new unit they advised I limp along until unit died. Well I took their advice and got 4 more years. Unit died two weeks ago. Cathcart replaced for me answered all questions, showed me how to operate new digital thermostat and got job done in one day. I have used Cathcart 29 years and have always been satisfied with product as well as service. Thank you for all your hard work!
