Gerald came out same day and gave me a proposal. They had crew out the next day to install the heat pump. Brandon and the guys had the old unit replaced in less then a day and cleaned everything up so only way to tell they where there was the new heat pump. Brandon explained how unit worked. I would say it was a GREAT job.

I purchased a new home in Meridianville, AL in May and have not had a personal experience with this dealer or Carrier. The HVAC unit seemed undersized at 2.5\-tons according to published standards for a 2,400 sq. ft. home which state at least a 4\-ton unit is needed. The builder assured me that it would keep up as they had spray foamed the entire interior roof. Alabama is hot so we'll see how she does during the hot summer months but so far it is great!
