We are very happy with our new carrier heat pump. The system is very quite and I love the new thermostat. impressed with The installation with air McConnell.

I have only used this unit for a short time in the Phoenix heat. So far this unit cools my home very well, even when it is 115 degrees and is very quiet.

We have had a Carrier air conditioner before and wanted to get back to a good reliable unit. This heat pump is awesome!!! It keeps our home cool and with the thermostat that comes with it I am sure will keep our energy bills low.

It has only been approximately 2 weeks since the unit was installed. It appears to be working very well, no problems at this point. Check back with me come summer time here in Arizona which is about May when the unit will be on to cool the house. Right now we have tuned on the heater. I really do not have much to say at this point, but thank you for checking in with me.
