Installed in May 2020 needed service Feb. 2021. Fuse(?) on internal circuit board blew, cut power to entire system. Stupid! Especially in winter during a cold snap.

The above items are all excellent. I can't tell which side to mark the X\- \- \- at any rate I find the noise level very good. Much better than my previous American Standard. The comfort is awesome. The temperate does not vary more than l degree!!! Warrant is the best I've seen\- \-and I did my "homework."..
