Quiet, Efficient, Performance 50VG (Cool Only AC), but struggled in hot weather to reach 65 Degrees

This is the first summer I have used it. It was installed in December 2020 and was turned on the first time in May/June 2021. The main concern I have is how well it works in very hot weather. It did not seem to get down to 65\-70 degrees when it was really hot outside and it just stayed on constantly. I was not here over the summer to see how comfortable it really was, but I did have several alerts on the app that it was struggling to get down to 65 degrees. It hovered around 70 most of the time.
