Public Sector Lifecycle Analysis

Designed for government and non-profit organizations, this study emphasizes cost-effectiveness. Alternatives are rated using savings to investment ratio (SIR), total present worth and payback period.

Simple Payback Analysis

This quick analysis compares investment and operating costs of design alternatives to determine the payback period, ideal for simple cost studies.

Simple Cash Flow Analysis

Generates cash flow tables for each design alternative, projecting costs over time and calculating total present worth for long-term planning.
