Overview

The ClimaVision HyperStat redefines commercial climate control by integrating thermostat functionality with IAQ sensing and humidistat technology. Designed to adapt in real time, it ensures occupant comfort and health while supporting modern building standards like WELL™. The HyperStat delivers precise, 60-second monitoring of temperature, CO2, humidity, light, sound and optional VOC or particulate matter readings. Users can manage climate with the touch-slider interface or access data remotely via ClimaVision’s secure web and mobile apps. Energy-saving occupancy detection reduces costs, while pre-loaded equipment profiles simplify integration across diverse HVAC setups. Powered by ClimaVision’s encrypted 900Mhz network, it eliminates the need for expensive wiring while enabling seamless remote management. For advanced connectivity, the BACnet-enabled model supports RS485 for daisy-chained network configurations, offering flexibility in complex HVAC systems.
