Refrigerant circuitry and geometry maintain controlled refrigerant velocities for positive oil return and low refrigerant pressure drop, improving part‑load efficiency and overall system performance.
A serviceable through‑tube design with removable heads simplifies inspection and maintenance. Construction adheres to ASME Section VIII, Div. 1 with quality‑controlled manufacturing, making the 10RT suitable for trouble‑free fluid cooling applications and long‑term reliability in commercial environments.
To tune performance for your application, choose 2 or 4 head passes to manage refrigerant velocity and pressure drop; specify single circuits on 5–6‑inch shells, two circuits standard on 8–24‑inch shells, or up to four circuits by special order to optimize part‑load efficiency. Additionally, six baffle‑spacing options (1–6) let you balance heat‑transfer effectiveness against allowable pressure drop, enabling maximum operating efficiency without exceeding design limits. Lifting lugs and mounting saddles are available for installation ease.
