Carrier Transicold Names 2025 Dealer of the Year Winners

Carrier Transicold Northwest and Grupo Refritrans Centroamérica honored for outstanding overall performance

Carrier Transicold has named Carrier Transicold Northwest of Auburn, Washington, its 2025 Dealer of the Year for the United States and Canada, and Grupo Refritrans Centroamérica as its 2025 Dealer of the Year for Latin America. The awards recognize top performance across all aspects of dealer operations, including sales, service, market penetration, customer satisfaction, business investment and growth. Carrier Transicold is a part of Carrier Global Corporation (NYSE: CARR), global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions. 

Carrier Transicold Northwest is a family-owned dealer with locations in Auburn, Mount Vernon and Richland, Washington. For more than 35 years, the company has built a reputation for providing consistent, high-quality service to a diverse range of customers hauling temperature-controlled goods across the Pacific Northwest.

Grupo Refritrans Centroamérica, based in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, was named Carrier Transicold’s Dealer of the Year for Latin America for the first time. A Carrier Transicold dealer since 1989, Refritrans serves customers through locations in Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador and Costa Rica, demonstrating strong growth and a commitment to serving refrigerated transport customers across multiple countries and in demanding operating conditions.

Refritrans has been serving refrigerated transport customers across Central America for almost 40 years. This award is a testament to its longtime customer relationships, expert sales and service, leadership in the region and dedication to the Carrier Transicold brand.

Other 2025 Dealer and Individual Awards

Carrier Transicold presented the Extra Mile Award for customer service to Carrier Transicold West of Salt Lake City, Utah, and to Syms Ingeniería en Refrigeración del Sur of Oaxaca, Mexico.

Five North American dealer locations received Brick & Mortar Awards for their facility investments: Carrier Transicold West in Caldwell, Idaho, Shelley, Idaho, and Spokane Valley, Washington; MCT Companies in Bakersfield, California; and MHC Carrier Transicold in Lake City, Georgia. In Latin America, Brick & Mortar Awards went to Puerto Refrigeración in Veracruz, Mexico; Refritrans in San Pedro Sula, Honduras; and RETO in Guadalajara, Mexico.

Additionally, awards were presented for outstanding individual performance:

  • Sales Managers of the Year: Mark Schiltz, Interstate Power Systems, Fargo, North Dakota; Domingo López, Syms, Oaxaca, Mexico.
  • Service Managers of the Year: Roger Cerny, Gateway Truck & Refrigeration, Justice, Illinois; Gustavo Marín, Refripuerto, Veracruz, Mexico.
  • Parts Managers of the Year: Mark Allen, Gateway Truck & Refrigeration, Justice, Illinois; Azrael García, RETO, Guadalajara, Mexico.
  • 20 Series Champion of the Year: Scott Schleyer, Gateway Truck & Refrigeration, Justice, Illinois.
