Verified PurchaseElk called and left a message confirming a Tues appointment. Then sent email stating weds appointment. Took both days off work and Elk did not come either day. They then proceeded to accuse me lying about appointment and stated the reason the technician did not come weds was my lack of response. I was watching phone like a hawk as it was 80+degrees in house and even called their office with no answer. Overall would not recommend, unprofessional and unorganized.
