Kapala really had no idea how to install for a mobile home. I had many visits and a different air-conditioning unit brought it took a couple months to get things right. I have no problem with my new furnace or air conditioner. It was just the install that was painful lol.

My only dissatisfaction is the horrible loudness of the furnace and air conditioner. It’s about 10 ft away from my tv, and I constantly have to adjust volume to hear. The air conditioner is far louder than the heat, even louder than my previous system. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the noise and the tech said there was nothing he could do do. In fact, it’s so loud that my 8 and 9 yr old grandkids are afraid of it and ask me to shut it off when they visit! It sounds like a jet plane taking off! To be honest, I hate it. The tech says it’s because I live in a manufactured home; but really, the noise level is ridiculous.
